Every career deserves a proper send-off. The Bridgewater Retirement pen in classic black with gleaming chrome trim is a distinguished 13.7 cm metal ballpoint made for one purpose: honouring someone beginning their next chapter. It’s the retirement-party gift that carries real weight — literally and emotionally — and personalization is what makes it theirs.
What can I have engraved on the barrel?
A name, the retirement year, or a heartfelt message — up to three lines on the straight barrel below the cap. A name with the retirement year, or a short line from the whole team, turns this pen into a keepsake of an entire career. Engraving is a flat $8, with font choice offered. One note: the more lines you use, the smaller each line engraves — one or two lines gives the boldest, most readable result.
How long does engraving take?
Same-day in our St. John’s store, usually in 30 to 40 minutes — so even a retirement party you only just heard about is covered. Order online from anywhere in Canada and we’ll engrave, gift-box, and ship it Canada-wide in time for the farewell.
Why is this a good retirement gift?
Because a retiree’s signature still matters — on cards, letters, travel journals, and the next chapter’s plans. A quality pen engraved with their name and retirement year is personal, dignified, and genuinely useful, unlike another plaque for the wall. At $54.99 plus $8 engraving, the whole team can chip in on one memorable gift.
The Retirement pen suits retirement parties, farewell celebrations, and long-service recognition. Distinguished, personal, and ready for the next chapter — Get Your Things Engraved.
