The Zippo Black Matte Lighter features a matte black finish introduced into Zippo’s line in 1984. It uses the distinctive Zippo windproof mechanism with the iconic flint-wheel ignition and works virtually anywhere outdoors. Like all Zippo lighters, it is refillable for a lifetime of use with Zippo premium lighter fluid (sold separately; lighter ships without fuel). This is Zippo model 218.
Personalize this lighter: Choose Yes, personalize it, select Front or Back and the areas you want, then enter your text and choose a font. Choose No personalization to buy the lighter without personalization. For a logo or photograph, contact us before ordering. EngraveOn at Avalon Mall can also engrave text and logos on the back surface — contact us at info@engraveon.ca or call 709-579-4197 to discuss your design before ordering.
The matte black finish — part of Zippo’s line since 1984 — resists fingerprints and takes laser engraving cleanly, which makes the 218 a favourite for groomsmen gifts, Father’s Day, and retirement presents. The all-metal case is made in the USA and backed by Zippo’s lifetime guarantee.
