Damages and Claims
At Engraveon.ca, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes damages can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below to file a claim:
- Inspect Your Package: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before accepting it from the carrier. If you notice any damage, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Report the Damage: If you accept the package and later discover that an item is damaged, please report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can contact our customer service team at cs@engraveon.ca or call us at 1(709) 579-4197.
- Provide Documentation: To process your claim, we will need the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging
- Return the Damaged Item: We may request that you return the damaged item to us for inspection. If so, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Resolution: Once we receive the damaged item and verify the damage, we will offer you a replacement item or a full refund, including any shipping costs. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please retain all packaging materials until your claims are resolved, as they may be needed for inspection.
- Engraveon.ca is not responsible for damages reported after the 48-hour window.
